Kevin Kurbs Interior Design

Space Planning. Color. Fabrics. Furniture. Accessories.  Where does great design start?  It starts with you- my client.  How you live, how you use your space, what you want your home to ‘feel’ like.  I excel at helping transform your space into everything you want it to be.

Form follows function.  It’s simple, right?  Not always; and that’s why I’m here to help.  I marry form and function into the image you have for your space- down to the last detail.  After all, detail is what elevates good design to great design: what changes a space that is pretty to sit in into a space that you love to live in.

This website is here to provide you with an overview of the services I will provide for you. Explore!  As you’ll learn, I can help you create a whole new home, or just pick out the perfect lamp to finish off an existing room.

Please contact me via telephone or email to set up an appointment.  Together we will bring great design into your space.

Texture
We have an emotional response to the way something feels.  Like a blanket from our childhood or a favorite piece of clothing, you want your room to feel comfortable.  Every item, from a chair to a vase, has a specific texture.  Working together we can ensure that the items we select for your space act cohesively.
Color
Everyone knows the power of having the right color.  But color is more than paint for your walls. It is the way finishes and fabrics play off of each other; the way the paint on the wall changes a piece of art.  Balancing color will give your space the finished look you want.
Form
Shape. Scale. Balance.  These three elements combine to create the form of a piece.  As each item in your space has it’s own form, so must the whole space work together.  The form of the whole space sets the tone.
